Fallopian tubes are site of fertilization. They are checked either by hysterosalpingography (HSG) or Laparoscopy.
Detailed History regarding work, Habits is taken. Physical examination of male is done to assessed testicular volume and check any abnormality. Semen analysis / Simon gram is ordered. If necessary scrotaldoppler, TRUS are done. At least two semen analysis reports are necessary for diagnosis. Semen analysis comprises a set of descriptive measurements of spermatozoa and seminal fluid parameters that help to estimate semen quality Conventional semen analysis includes measurement of particular aspects of spermatozoa such as concentration, motility and morphology and of seminal plasma. Quantification and identification of non-spermatozoidal cells and detection of antisperm antibodies are also part of basic semen analysis.
Semen analysis: Each semen parameter count, motility etc are carefully examined according to international standards. Sperm morphology study is done by strict international criteria.

Embryo donation the best treatment option for the couples where the female partner is having problem of eggs, either they are absent or not of good quality to produce good embryos and pregnancy and the male partner is also having a severe problem or uncorrectable problem with this his sperm.
